I can’t tell you how very happy I am that Dan suggested that I contact you about my granite.  What a pleasure it has been to work with you! I’m so looking forward to getting home tonight and seeing my gorgeous Kozmos counters.  Even although it was incomplete yesterday, it was stunning.  Kozmos may have been expensive, but I have never looked back since I decided on it, and thank you for being there with me to pick it out.  I am so pleased with my experience with Southeast Stone.  All in all – great work!

Words can’t say enough about south stone cabinetry. Remodeling can be stressful but Diane was so amazing at costumer service and scheduling everything with the help of Cadi. Quartz and Granite counter tops

I am not sure this will allow me to say all the things I have to say!! I am totally happy with the quality of product and quality of service I have received from Southeast Stone. Megan Moro is my sales/service contact and she is so easy to work with. Any time I had any issues, they were addressed immediately and resolved to my utmost satisfaction. I had my kitchen counter tops, island, master bath and laundry counter done in quart, my guest bath done in marble and my lanai kitchen done in granite. Needless to say, I spent quite a bit of time at Southeast Stone. I am 100% happy with the quality of the product and the service. I am actually sad that my relationship with them will be ending because my projects are completing. Very highly recommend this company and if you get a chance to work with Meg..... take it!! :)

As a builder I would have to say Southeast Stone is one above them all. With the quality and service provided from them daily, it shows the dedication and pride they take in their work. On the customer service/Sales side, Megan Moro is AWESOME to work with. She makes the process easy and takes care of every concern or matter the customer has from the beginning to the end. Excellent customer service and quality workmanship

We recently had large scale renovations at our home which included new stone in the kitchen, all bathrooms, an entirely new fireplace surround, the laundry room, and the office and I have to say the whole process from start to finish was a pleasure. I worked mainly with Meg Moro and she was professional, courteous, and organized! The quality of the workmanship and dedication to customer service really impressed me. They were knowledgeable and communicated well and their follow up was impeccable. They have a good reputation in the industry for a reason! We went with a large amount of white and ight colored stone and the seams are hardly visible and the designs are matched so well. They also let me come in and be part of the layout process on their state of the art computer equipment in order to have the stone in the exact layout pattern I had imagined in my head. They really went out of their way to make us happy and it is hard to find that in any company these days. I have to also give many props to Meg as she managed the project wonderfully and was there whenever I needed to ask a question or had a concern...the first time EVERY time! I would recommend Southeast Stone to anyone in the market for a beautiful new stone project of any kind. We are SO happy with the end product!

Under counter sink problem

We had our kitchen redone a few years back with a granite counter top and a under counter sink. we were washing pots in the sink recently when it suddenly gave way and separated from the counter. Thankfully the plumbing kept the sink, full of water, from falling to the bottom of the cabinet. To make a long story short, we were referred to Southeast Stone. With the help of Megan in the office, Kevin came the next day and reattached the sink, which was not an easy task. Kevin was awesome, professional, friendly and really good at his job. We will certainly refer Southeast stone to others. And, a thank you to Megan for her quick help.

Great service

Read in the reviews about the outstanding help the Meg gave to customers, so we decided to head over to their facility and give them a try. Well the reviews were right. Meg went above and beyond helpful in helping us get a countertop for our kitchen island and a vanity top. Everyone involved in the process was wonderful. I would highly recommend Southeast Stone.

Counter tops

Working with Southeast Stone was great. Lloyd Wicks was awesome and very knowledgeable. Explaining the process he made it so easy. The quality of the work is amazing and the installation turned out great.

Great service & quality work

I went through Lowe's to buy my quartz kitchen counter tops after comparing others. I found a great price on Southeast Stone Lusso quartz. It was light in color & just gorgeous. I had lots of questions about the install procedure & Diane at SS was so helpful for several phone calls! The installers, Julio & Felix were polite, neat & knew what they were doing.!!
When I want to have my bathroom counters done, I will contact Diane at SS directly. I am very pleased!!

Smooth Process, Job well done

We recently stopped in and spoke with Megan M. from the beginning we were very confident we choose the right company. She assisted us through the whole process and kept in touch with order to installation. The installers were very professional and the quality of work was no doubt A+. My husband and I are so grateful for the hard work of Meg, Angel and Austin. Our countertops are stunning and watching Angel do his work was like watching an artist. Meg was on top of everything and kept us informed and updated every step of the way. Angel and Austin were courteous, hard-working, helpful and professional. Extra shout out

Great Job,Good Recovery

Our quartz counter-tops are terrific. Everything well machined and installation was perfect.

As in rehab jobs sometimes things go wrong. We had a set of holes in the incorrect place. An important aspect of a vendor to me is response to a problem.. Steve Miller and Matt were terrific in getting a correct piece cut and installed. While a bit rare, you should be reassured by their customer response.

They really care!

So pleased with my granite in my kitchen! I have to say that from the start, Southeast Stone was very professional and personable.  From the  1st appointment until the installation was complete, everyone in the company was right on task.  It was a pleasure working with them and I was very pleased with their high level of customer service.  They really care!  They even callled after the installation to make sure we were highly satisfied with the installation and the service that we received.  I just wanted to say, what a great job they did and I would highly recommend Southeast Stone to others!

The guys are so professional

We have used Southeast Stone - 15 years plus -for too many projects to count!!! A few projects involved removing the granite to be reused. The guys are so professional not once was there a problem. I would not use anyone else.

Kitchen Island

We were immediately impressed with Southeast Stone the minute we walked into their facility. Megan took us to the area in the yard to best search for just the right piece for our kitchen island. They had a huge inventory. We looked all around The Villages, Leesburg, Wildwood and finally Sanford. Trust me, don't waste you time going anywhere else. While most customers are probably doing a major kitchen or bath reno, or their company name is "Disney", it didn't matter that we only needed a remnant and not an entire slab, She treated us as though we were her most important customers that day. She helped us locate just the right piece and it worked perfectly. She and Melanie were always available to answer questions and meet our needs. The delivery and installation men were friendly and efficient. We will go back to Southeast Stone whenever we need additional stone products.

Coming in was a wonderful experience everyone was very friendly and informative and having all those slabs on site instead of 6x12 samples really helped our search. The cabinets have not been installed yet (they SHOULD HAVE been installed this last weekend) so we are hoping they’ll be in later this week. I’ll email you as soon as they are so we can get a template for a more accurate estimate. I do want to note two things with the plans there is an area in the kitchen next to the fridge we will not require countertops there as we are putting in butcher block. And in the master bathroom, the vanity extends along the back wall but it no longer wraps onto the other wall. P.S.   A member of your staff gave our 2yr old a stuffed pelican and he LOVES it.
